Thanks to the generous donation of an anonymous family, the Foundation has completed construction of a permanent shade structure adjacent to the Splash Pad. Now, parents and grandparents will have a shaded area in which to watch their little ones play.
The dedication of the shade occurred on July 6, 2021.
The anonymous family expressed gratitude to the Foundation for its role as an official conduit for positive contributions to the Oak Island community.
